Party of PhD student in Astronomy and Astrophysics of Ile-de-France

In March 2017, the representative students organized the first edition of the party of PhD student in Astronomy and Astrophysics of Ile-de-France. This party is organized by PhD students for PhD students to compensate the distance between laboratories. About 6 months after the Elbereth conference, the representative students propose to PhD students in Astronomy and Astrophysics of Ile-de-France to gather together around a buffet dinner to create links between the different promotions and the different laboratories. This party is the ideal way to meet new PhD students, meet up with former master students, share concerns/doubts/joys about the PhD and relax in a friendly atmosphere.

Calendrier du concours 2026

Les candidatures doivent être déposées sur ADUM avant le 17 avril 2026 23h59 CEST.
-*Les dossiers seront examinés par le jury pendant la première quinzaine de Mai. La sélection se fera sur les résultats universitaires, l’adéquation de la formation au sujet de thèse, les lettres de recommandation.
-*Les candidats sélectionnés seront convoqués pour une audition qui se déroulera, la semaine du 1 Juin 2026.
-*L’ensemble des contrats sera attribué par le jury final le 8 Juin 2026.
-*Les résultats devront être validés par le conseil de l’ED avant affichage.
-*Les reçus au concours ont une semaine pour accepter ou refuser le contrat qui leur est proposé.

Les candidatures doivent être déposées sur ADUM entre le 1er février et 17 avril 2026 (23h59 CEST).
